reasons why it's not so bad to deploy mid-month

1. The Fantastic Four opens July 8th.
2. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory opens July 10th.
3. The new episodes of Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis, and Battlestar Galactica premiere July 15th.
4. The new Harry Potter book comes out July 16th.
